Please verify the current meeting status before attending meetings found on the WSO Meeting Finder. During the COVID 19 shelter in place and safe socializing period many regularly operating physical Al-Anon meetings in Georgia are temporarily closed.
Some of these meetings have been replaced with temporary electronic or virtual meetings.
In addition to the temporary Georgia electronic meetings, there are hundreds of electronic meetings on a variety of platfoms on the National Al-Anon.org website.
Anyone who would like to speak directly with a Georgia Al-Anon member can call the Georgia Al-Anon Central Services Office in Macon (855-254-3414) Mondays or Thursdays 9 am to 2 pm or the Metro Atlanta Al-Anon Information Service (404-687-0467) 7 days a week.
Alateens:
When there are no Alateen meetings available in the area, teens are welcome in Al-Anon meetings too. Teenagers between 13 to 18 years old can also register to attend Alateen Chat meetings.
